Winter in Oslo

Im not gonna lie... its pretty cold here. Its been pretty grey the last week or so and we had about 30cm of snow fall over night, if not more in some areas, which was a pretty site. 

The thing that isn't so nice though is when that snow turns to brown slush and whats worse is when it melts and then freezes... creating a never ending sheet of ice which is never fun to navigate on(I have a 20min walk to work), specially when the wind is blowing snow into your face and your ears are about to fall off from what seems to be frostbite.

There are some pretty views though, when the clouds disappear and the sun decides to show up. Beautiful colours in the sky. Things are quite pleasant on days like that, getting the much needed vitamin D in those few hours we have of daylight during this time of year.

Anyway, i'm just rambling on here and should probably throw a few more pictures of the place in for you before you get bored reading too much... currently waiting for photos to upload which will hopefully work since im quite new to steemit(total noob as a matter of fact).
