The beach of Celestún is located 60 miles southwest of Mérida, Yucatán. It is a small town with a few places to stay and restaurants.
One Sunday morning I took the car and the family to visit the beach. As I was expecting, there it was, a beautiful beach day.

Nice white sand on the beach. Do you get a lot of tourists in that town?
There is not that many tourist in that town. We live in the historic city of Merida, Centro area. It took us around 1 hour 45 minutes to get there so we just went there and came back on the same day.
