Open the floodgates!

So it rained recently, and it's to the point that today, a couple of streets were evacuated and several others were flooded. At this moment, the water has risen 8 metres in 48 hours, and I believe it's supposed to rise even more by Sunday.

The highest flood my city has seen was 8 metres and 3 inches back in 2008.

This car is half-submerged in water behind a local grocery store!!!

We noticed this dumpster actually slowly floating away. Anyone have a submarine??
