Some of my best photographs and the story behind them (Part 1 )

in #photography7 years ago (edited)

Its like the old saying goes,a picture is worth 1000 words.Every picture tells a story and everyone loves a good story :).

Lets take a trip down memory lane and ill share some of my best photos with you guys.

This first one is a picture of me taken last year on a road trip to a village called Killin in the heart of Scotland. This picture shows me standing next to Loch Earn which is one of the many lochs in the area.

Another photo from the same road trip, this is taken in the village of Killin at the Falls of Dochart .All of Scotland is beautiful but the area of Perthshire in the heart of Scotland is one of the most beautiful places on earth. Its like middle earth or Narnia or some other fantasy world

Both of those images were taken last November so lets keep the Winter/snow/cold theme going at take a look at some shots I took in a town called Falkland on the east coast of Scotland.I found some fallen trees in the snow with their branches stretching up to the sky.

This next one was taken near Balmerino abbey on the banks of the River Tay.Ill do a full post on the area and the abbey soon as its a pretty interesting area and really deserves its own post.

Not to far from Balmerino abbey we find Tentsmure beach and forest ,again I should do a whole post on this area. For now Ill drop this image taken on the beach.

Moving from beautiful Scotland all the way to the far east and to China. This one was taken outside the forbidden city in Beijing in 2006 on my first visit to China.I should really do more China themed posts ,I have alot to share that is China themed :).

Another shot from China and Mt Wudang. This was taken early in the morning as the sun was rising over the foggy mountains in the crows preach area of Wudang in September of 2008.

Last one for this part of my best photographs series and again we are in China at the Hot springs near Beijing.

Thank you for taking the time to view my post.I will make sure to upvote and follow everyone who takes the time to upvote this post and leave a comment.:)

Blue Butterfly Bonus pic :)....this one was taken in July at an Exotic Butterfly display in St Andrews Botanic Gardens.

Nice photos @jubei333 I liked that each photo had a similar theme, even though they were taken in multiple places around the word! Very cool. Digging the Scotland photos in particular, it truly is a wonderful place!
