[ENG-SPN] Paraidolias, keys and secret places / Paraidolias, claves y lugares secretos

Man has been, continues to be and is more than likely to never cease to be, the great imitator of that scenario, eminently universal and unfathomable in its complexity, which is always Nature. Nature, on the other hand, is itself creator and creation; continent and content; artist and patron, whose undoubtedly perfectionist association always tends to awaken the viewer's imagination, whispering hints of familiarity that facilitate identification and, in some cases, generate fantastic mythologies.

Far from being a simple matter of poetic reverie, when Nature is transmuted into Art, aided by her great apprentices and collaborators -water, wind and erosion- it is not difficult to distinguish those forms venerated by our ancestors -such as the sphinx and the dragon- who at the same time served as guardians and keys for those intrepid navigators of yesteryear -of whom Homer gave us fulfilled examples- who came to these ancient coasts in search of immeasurable riches, for which, it was necessary to maintain the secret and to which they endowed with the darkest and most formidable of legends.

El hombre ha sido, continúa siendo y es más que probable que nunca deje de serlo, el gran imitador de ese escenario, eminentemente universal e inabarcable en su complejidad, que es siempre la Naturaleza. La Naturaleza, por otra parte, es en sí misma creadora y creación; continente y contenido; artista y mecenas, cuya asociación, sin duda, perfeccionista, tiende siempre a despertar la imaginación del espectador, susurrándole pistas de familiaridad que faciliten su identificación y en algunos casos, generen fantásticas mitologías.

Lejos de ser una simple cuestión de ensoñación poética, cuando la Naturaleza se transmuta en Arte, auxiliada por sus grandes aprendices y colaboradores -el agua, el viento y la erosión- no es difícil distinguir esas formas veneradas por nuestros antepasados -como la esfinge y el dragón- que a la vez sirvieron de guardianes y claves para aquellos intrépidos navegantes de antaño -de los cuales, Homero nos dio cumplidos ejemplos- que acudían a estas milenarias costas en busca de unas riquezas inconmensurables, por las cuales, había que mantener el secreto y a las que dotaron de las más tenebrosas y formidables de las leyendas.
