Thirsty People - The Dry Lake #120
I've seen this lake almost totally dry, old ruins of buildings, tires, and other debris you can find if you walk them bottom long enough. It hasn't got to that point as of yet but to think of how many glasses of water, showers, loads of wash we would have to do to get to the bottom of this lake is amazing. What will we do when we double our population?
I think maybe we will make more reservoirs but at some point we will run out of space to do that and that would be one thing, converting salt water to clean water. I know other countries do this already and I think we need to catch up and do the same now so it wont become a major problem years down the road.
