📷 Road To October - Start To Fall #43
I'm taking a nice walk down one of the paths by the lake. This road deadends not far from the lake as it becomes a dirt path once you get past the big rocks blocking the road. You can really feel the change in the seasons as the air is colder and the sun isn't as hot as it used to be during the summer time.
It's just now starting to turn brown but the real fall for this area is a month or two out so we still see a lot of green around here. We don't get snow here, you have to drive a few hours up the mountain to get to some nice ski resorts in the winter, that's always a nice trip.
I started out looking for autumn paths but couldn't find any in the valley and was told to take a 2 to 4 hour drive to get that kind of area or wait for 30 to 60 days for things to turn more like autumn.
It's not too hot and not too cold 74°F is not bad at all. You know how hot it gets here over 110°F that's just an oven cooking us turkeys like it's Thanksgiving. Speaking of Thanksgiving
