Learning frais work
Work on the horizontal frais machine. Workpiece is clamped on a machine or special equipment or clamped on the table of the frais machine. Cutting is done by feeding the workpiece under a rotating knife. The work happens vertical frais machine. Move the table and up and down from the spindle. The vertical frais machine can produce a horizontal surface.
The power for cutting comes from the electrical energy converted into the main motion by an electric motor, then the main movement is transmitted through a transmission to produce a rotary motion in the spindle of the milling machine.
Spindle milling machine is part of the main system of the milling machine which is tasked to hold and rotate the cutter to produce rotation or cutting motion.
Cutting motion on the cutter when worn on the workpiece that has been gripped will occur friction / collision so that will result in cutting on the workpiece, this can happen because the material composing the cutter has a hardness above the hardness of the workpiece.
