This trip was made about two weeks ago, towards Ocumare from the coast of Aragua State Venezuela

Venezuela has one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world and this island is one of them .. Ocumare is located in the foothills of the Cordillera de la Costa, which is added the peculiar natural elements of the coastal strip of Henri Pittier National Park . After the cultivation of cocoa, sea fishing and everything related is currently the second most important activity for the Ocumareña community.

Ocumare de la Costa is located 43 kilometers from the city of Maracay. I like it because apart from the beaches it has inns and hotels where they can be located quietly. I hope someday you can come visit him

What I can tell you very briefly is that the coast is divided into two parts, the first one to which it is reached, it is to Ocumare where I had mentioned before is where the church is located and a large part of the population lives. This part is a bit far from the beach

As the same name says, the Playón, is the beach of Ocumare de la Costa and it is a good beach to which you can go, without having to take a boat to go to other nearby places. The other part, which is next to the beach, we call it "El Playón" and it is where most of the inns, restaurants and houses for tourists are located.
