The Food Attack
So after a long agonizing day of work, I had the time to stop by Kitchen 24. Now Kitchen 24 is a food join in Los Angeles Hollywood district. Its open 24 hours and is one of the only places to get a bit to eat around 3:00 AM. I arrived there with a group of friends and i was instantly overwhelmed by the menu because I'm a big nutrition tracker. On top of that I'm also a vegetarian. I found myself staring at the menu not knowing what to get.
However, in the moment of not knowing I managed to see things a lot more clearly. I realized that I do not have to always eat the healthiest meal. I realized that sometimes its okay to treat your taste buds. So i order my food and said the first thing that came off my head.
I order their premium homemade veggie burger with added veggie bacon and a fried egg. I also had rosemary french fry's which has a delicate taste. I discovered my inner kid that loves food so I finished all with a vanilla milk shake. It was something to enjoy in the moment so enjoy life and live in the moment.
