If given a clarinet, could they play their "scales"?

This afternoon, I was able to capture macro shots of two different looking lizards. One was a common brown and black/white mixture you can often see in shrubbery or gardens with mulch, while the second one is almost all black. It stuck out because it was bathing in sunlight on some red paver bricks. All shots were taken using a Canon 80D camera with a 75 - 300 mm lens.

Here are the shots of the first lizard, taken close up as it rested upon a red wheelbarrel.

Here are the shots of the second lizard upon the pavers. As you can see in the second photo, it doesn't look too interested in having it's picture taken.

It's amazing how often you'll miss a chance to see lizards because of how well they blend in with their surroundings. Sometimes you get lucky and see them resting on something that makes them stand out.

One love,

Excellent work buddy.Nice capture.

Nice shot as always @jgullinese. However I can't come that close to a lizard without running for cover. They terrify me

We don’t have lizards here in our country. Do you know which kind these are?
