I don't have a fur coat, and I don't think, I will ever have one, but if I had fur clothing, then it would certainly be made of imitation fur ;)
A woolen pullover and a thick jacket would be enough, I think.
oh man, you need a real buffalo coat for your climate! You could tell your friends you shot a bufalo and make a coat out of it's hide and see what they say! Nothing is warmer. Fake fur is too European!
It's not so cold here, I can not remember when it was so cold the last time I would have frozen.
But I do have a thick leather coat at home, which I have got from my father-in-law. It has a fake fur inside, but it is really thick and warm, and I have not worn it yet, because it has not been cold enough in the past few winters ;)
wow that really surprises me sir johannpiber! Not that you are European. lol. But that the winters aren't that cold, I thought the place would be like a deep freeze freezer appliance! how cold is the normal daytime temperature in the winter? Like in the coldest part of winter?
I look very seldom at the temperature, @janton, I feel warm or cold or hot or freezing ;)
I would say, that in winter it is normaly about -5 degrees C, but of course we have had much colder and much warmer days too.
oh ok, well that doesn't sound cold at all, I'm really surprised. That's almost Texas style temperatures! I guess you don't need that Buffalo coat afterall.

No, let this Buffalo live his free life in the prairie :)
