MyPictureDay: Sunset Yoga by the Beach
I love doing yoga and making really cool shapes at the beach with my girlies.
^I fell down once trying to get into this pose. Staying stable on top and not falling off was such a challenge but we didn't give up. I even got a leg up in the air and stayed up there long enough to get a proper snapshot!
This is a nice partner stretch. If you're feeling a lil tight and have someone to help, you should try this out.
