(Uplifting Post!) It Is Hard to Move Forward.

Sometimes, life punches us in the face, slams doors, and makes us feel like we have nowhere to go. Like we are cut off from happiness and doomed to stub our toe and fall over whenever something good seems to happen.

I feel like that right now, and I am pretty sure I am not the only one.

The truth is life sometimes just
Sucks.

But, in this moment in my life, I constantly need to remind myself of one true fact.

No matter how hard life gets, there are always better times coming in the future, and no matter what happens right now in the moment brighter times are coming. Though, hearing that doesn't ever make it easier, the truth is when you feel beaten down it is hard to build yourself back up. In the moment you want to pity yourself, you say things like, "this situation is just unfortunate" or "I don't deserve this," but saying that doesn't help you grow. If you don't want to have to go through this again, you have to make the conscious decision to learn from your circumstances.

You have to pick your head off the floor, look around, and contemplate your options.

You are at the lowest point you have ever been in your life, so now you have the opportunity to restart, the only way you have to go is up. You have the chance to become a better person than you were, all you have to do is stop feeling bad for yourself and start moving forward again.

So, wherever you are in your life, remember to push yourself forward, don't get comfortable, strive to learn and grow. Push to become the best person you are, no matter the circumstances. You are just the beginning template and you are in charge of turning yourself into a masterpiece.

Never give up.
Never stop moving forward.
Become the person you wish to be.
Then become better.
