Photo Challenge 10 / Gwangjang Food Market in Seoul - Korean Human Mummy #22 Photo
Hello, Steemians! ๐
YEY!!
I am quite proud of myself to keep tracking my posts except on weekends lol.
Hmm...... ๐๐คactually, I have been thinking about what to post today.
Guess I have to show a small part of my eating out life,
apparently technically Korean drinking life at marketplaces.๐
Are you ready to feel your evil Hanger?๐ก๐๐
we, me and Mr. Fantastic Foodie did not want to lose
the chance to go to the food market near our hotel in Jongrogu(์ข ๋ก๊ตฌ).
The market is called Gwangjang market(๊ด์ฅ์์ฅ),
and originally around the market area,
there are more fabric stores and factories and big clothing market buildings.
Guess they had supplied high-quality ones to them
to make more clothes before now.
These days Gwangjang market has another popularity in the food market.
I don't know how it started but guess it might be started like this.
After hard work, the workers probably had had some good time
with coworkers sharing food and their stories.
Or some buyers also felt tired or hungry while walking around,
then found easy and fast, but good food booths and
they were pretty satisfied with it then now turns out like this.
we could see only a few people walking around or leaving.
But when we were almost close to the middle of the market,
there were full of people like this.
Looked very busy but still I could feel very alive and active!
with people and all kinds of food at the market.
Even could see a lady who was making Korean pancake(Jeon,์ )
was moving as fast as Sonic the Hedgehog.
The green sign said Jongmoon sashimi house(์ข ๋ฌธํ์ง), No.33 booth.
Can you believe she is almost 70?
I wished she was my grandma
then I can help her and get some reward here, her yummy food.๐
we got the seats at her booth
then I got very interesting views from my seats.
Her booth had everything that she needs.
Such a tiny magic shelf full of food and drinks
One of my favourite food combinations, Soju and Sashimis
I know wasabi seems scary to you
but pretty good if you like it and put more on your food.
Even the lady gave extra sliced conch shells more
because she really loved Mr. Fantastic Foodie was eating so well.
and we quite luckily met the old lady, who was the owner of the sashimi booth.
After we came home in Ulsan, we both are missing her.
Guess later have to see her or kidnap her to my city!
Lastly, I can show you how much you can have fun in Korea with drinks!
