Fresh homemade PASTA
From scratch to plate :)
Pretty basic. the ratio is 1 : 1 ( 100 g flour = 1 egg )
Ingredients:
- flour
- eggs
- salt for taste
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients.
- knead the dough until it gets smooth.
- Flatten the the dough , let it dry , then use the pasta maker to cut the dough sheet.
