While I do believe mankind has a real impact on the environment, I want to add that climate change has been going on for millions of years: the Amazon rainforest once was a desert (and will be again thanks to some multinationals).
That we finally manage to lead a sustainable lifestyle or that we destroy the planet so that the human being cannot survive. We will die before knowing the outcome. Better enjoy this kind of view while we can (optimistic nihilistic style) !
