Beer Cheddar Pumpkin Gnocchi - FOOD PHOTO SHOOT

Hey everyone, how has your week been so far?

Mine has been pretty good. I'm so glad to be home after Steemfest even though I'm also sad it's passed.

The weather here seems to have skipped right through Fall and straight to Winter because the snow is making itself known. We are getting ready to decorate for Christmas so yesterday we went shopping for ornaments.

So i think this soup deserves a chance. It’s super, super cheesy and delicious so I think you cheese fans will love it.

I’ve made gnocchi from scratch before but this time I used store-bought that my mom found at our local market. I usually like to do things all the way but I was kind of secretly happy that this was such an easy meal to make with the pre-made.

You’ve got some cheddar cheese to grate because this is definitely a recipe worth trying!
