Octopus Balls (Takoyaki)
Who knew octopus had such big balls?
This is a popular type of party to have with friends, in Japan.
We all sit around for hours eating, drinking and laughing with friends and our children.
Usually we just eat the takoyaki but itself or with salad and gyoza.
Simple to prepare and cook. Very similar to a savory pancake mix with some salt pepper and a helping of fresh octopus.
Serve hot with a little mayonnaise and sauce.
