There's a story somewhere in this picture

I saw this heading West on HWY 287 just outside Oklaunion in Wilburger County, Texas. This one of those moments when you just have to turn around and get out of the car with your camera in hand and take a shot. There has got to be a story about this and I'd like to hear it.
