Wild Lizard

We were driving to see The Pinnacles in Perth, Western Australia. We stopped to take a picture of the long straight road that reached as far as we could see. We're from the Philippines and we're only visiting, and this long straight road for hundreds of kilometers is new to us.

But then as we pulled over, in a tree on the side of the road, we saw this cute little fellow. We hardly recognized it as it camouflaged to the tree it was on. I don't know if is harmless or poisonous, so I didn't dare to come closer. But when it noticed our presence, and just after a few snaps, it moved away as quickly as it could be--I think it was more afraid of us, much, much more than we are afraid of it! Hahaha!
