Rrrollend, Holograms and Poffertjes!

Took a wrong turn down the rabbit hole.

Apologies for not existing for a little while...got lost looking for Narnia.

Rrrollend!

Rrrollend is a wonderful outdoor food festival! I have no idea how to pronounce it...I can't roll one 'r' let alone three! When we visited it was on Lange Voorhout. Unfortunately I demolished my food before I had chance to take a photo of it...

Holograms!

Had an incredible experience at the Hotel Sassenheim demonstrating the latest in NovaLine Innovative Holographic Solutions! The future is here! On Wednesday we were filming Ab de Bruijn, the owner of the Van der Valk hotel. The next day he was mimicking a holographic version of himself!

Poffertjes!

And these delightfully terrible things are poffertjes. They are little fluffy pancakes, usually covered in syrup and powdered sugar. They might be a little bit unhealthy...
