Stranded

As I left my place this morning there was just a trace of snow starting. While at work the Hudson Valley felt the wrath of wind and snow. When I sat down for lunch I saw that the buses were suspended which put my getting home into question. Luckily they started bus service again at 5:30 and I caught the 97 an hour after that. I got a ride from my sister from the bus stop.

While at the bus stop I caught a post storm pic. There is still plenty of wind so snow is being blown about. As cold and un forgiving as it is right now a picture can capture a peaceful moment.
