Tahoe National Forest
With just over 8,500 miles into our adventure, we stopped to rest in Tahoe Nation Forest. The campsite was quiet and secluded. No other campers or cell phone reception. We were able to rest and ground ourselves, even catch some beautiful shots around the forest. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do!

That's amazing, I'll have to go there sometime. Scenery is unreal.
It was incredible. Everything was so beautiful. We even saw a couple of bears in the drive out!
It seems that you took this photo from any film. This place is looking so amazing and worth seeing. Your aesthetic sense is really good. Keep posting and amaze steemian with your photography and give light to our eyes.
Hey thank you! Be well.
Ohh man ! This is an absolutely awsome shot and also I like that you where able to ground yourself in this part of the world.
I like the light and shadow contrast on that picture :)
Peace!

Truly beautiful. Looks like a perfect place to rest and ground before continuing your adventure!
It really was! I loved it there.
Oh wow, Tahoe you are in one of my favorite place ever. I used to live in Reno and spent a lot of time up there. Got lost for about 5 hours up in Desolation Wilderness on a "short" 3 hour day hike that turned into a 8 hour lesson learned! But all is well that ends well and we had the best Chinese takeout known-to-man after that ;)
Haha oh crap! Yeah we had a local guide @scottshots! It was amazing. More pictures to come.
The contact with nature is so good for the spirit and the forest gives a feeling of peace. In the tropics, forests are different with a greater diversity of species. I have also experienced that joy when I had the opportunity to walk among the vegetation. Regards
Oh yeah! My favorite thing is to try to connect with what is around me. Today we walked through a giant redwood forest! Pictures to come.
well deep jungle well clicked wish to b there...
