The bottom line the results of the Japanese White Forest is good bangett yes recomendeddd for mommies who want a variation bolgul..in addition to saving..no Emulsifier dann fabulous in accordance with its name..bener2 light,simple..lembutt vanilla cake combined with the richness of whipcream and masamnya strawberryy..yummyy. ๐
Hopefully mom also like yaa this cuco for mommies that less demen bolgul to taste2 weight as full of egg yolks..
The recipe I took from a collection of books rollcake japanese at home but uda my conversion..cusss mommies
MATERIAL A
4 Egg Yolks
1 Egg whole
60 ml of Liquid Milk
62 gr Flour Key
50 gr Butter
1 sdt Pasta Vanilla or Vanilla Bean
MATERIAL B
4 Egg Whites
85 gr Sugar
1tbsp lime juice
1/4sdt fine Salt
Choice of FILLING:
- WHIPPED CREAM
Can of whipcream liquid or powder that is whipped
2.BUTTERCREAM WCC
250 gr Shortening/ white butter
125 g White chocolate melted
1/2 cans of SKM
Beat the butter until fluffy / fluffy
Then mix the white chocolate liquid and SKM and stir well
1.Material A :
*Boil the milk till warm,put it into the eggs while continuing to stir use a whisk,then add vanilla,flour and melted butter,mix well..set aside
2.Material B :Mixer the egg whites,salt and lemon juice until it starts foaming,enter the sugar gradually 3x while continuing dimixer until softpeak
- Enter the egg white mixture into the material in A gradual 3x stir fold using a spatula until smooth
- Pour into baking dish box 24-26 cm that has been lined with paper,bake in a temperature of 160-170 for 35 minutes or customize your own oven
- Wait steam is lost,oles filling & give a piece of strawberry,roll and compress..oles,and then garnish with shaved chocolate.
