Travels & Adventures: Olivine Pools of Maui, Hawaii

Hello my fellow Steemians! Maui is such a beautiful island, with so many wonderful locations to discover. I'd like to share just one with you today. While driving along Kahekili Hwy, on the north side of the island, we came across a not so well know location, called the Olivine Pools. Here, there are a handful of swimmable tide-pools to enjoy right on the edge of the ocean. Surrounding the pools, are walls of lava, which has hardened into some absolutely beautiful shapes and colors. Here are just some of the photos I took to capture the experience:
