I love NYC for that type of situation, It's Times Square man, it never sleeps, there are gazillions of tourists night and day. Despite the fact that its a common hated place by New Yorkers, still it's a photographer's heaven... This guy came out of nowhere with his tie, nice shirt and this sign, I caught it :)
