Low-light Concert Photography

A friend of mine asked me to come take some photos of his band playing at a bar in Ferndale, Michigan and I went down for the concert. It's always a challenge shooting in low light but I made due as best I could and got some decent photos. I'll share a few more as I edit them.

This photo, out of those I took that evening definitely has the most personality.

The lighting was difficult but if you got it right the colors could work to your benefit. This one has some nice blue and pink pastel tones to it.
