Fear of Missing Out
Let's imagine a scenario: You've been out all day, doing things, being active and now you are finally settling in front of the tv with a cup of tea and some snacks. Ahh. You open up Steemit on your phone and think of getting back to all the comments and seeing what's going on in your feed. Couple minutes go by and then you see this scene open up behind the window.
Welcome major fear of missing out on great photographic opportunity! Grab your camera, throw on a jacket and try to step on shoes that match your feet, or even each other. I've run out with wearing way too little clothing and I've even gone out with my hair still wet from the shower, it's pretty funny when it starts to freeze up almost instantly in the sub zero temperatures.
This happens sometimes more than ten times a day when I'm in the countryside. At times I try and just enjoy the view without trying to capture it on camera, but most of the time I HAVE TO get even a couple pictures to be later shared with you.
I love how the living room window frames the linden tree in front of the house. Though I did complain to mom that it's not perfectly aligned in the center and something should be done to it. And that is a joke, if you didn't figure it out yourself.
Work is as wonderful as usual. Well done

It's been a little while, but I can think of a couple of instances where this happened to me.
January 2000. I was at work - at a camera store in fact - and it was approaching the end of the day. The whole front of the store was windows that faced west, so I could see the sunset approaching. I got out early and drove to a nearby lake I knew had a good view. I spent probably 3 rolls of film on that sunset, and only 1 of those images really survived the last 18 years.
May 2005. My brother (also a photographer) was in town from Colorado, and we were visiting his mother in-law at her property out on a nice big stretch of land atop a hill. While we were inside enjoying a nice craft beer, I happened to look outside and see this rainbow just raging. He and I both scrambled out to our cars and grabbed out camera bags and just snapped away.

Stunning photo! I live in Wales where the weather changes up to 20 times a day. There are always so many beautiful photo moments and then I realise...I am still stuck indoors staring at blockfolio.
Ahh Wales must be absolutely beautiful, I have to come there some day! You can always check blockfolio outside on your phone and run back if something major is happening :D

Looks like a vivid picture frame. Just staring at it makes me want to make a warm cup of chocolate.
You probably don't miss any chance of clicking in. So there in no FOMO for you at least.
If anyone have FOMO ask yourself: Will I care about this a week from now? Do I really want to be apart of whatever that thing is? If so, Why? How will this enrich my life? If so, how will it? Is it really that important? If so, why haven't you thought about it before? FOMO I found comes from having many interests. Which is a good thing. It makes you a more interesting individual. But understand the difference between what interests you and what fascinates you. Chances are you are already doing what fascinates you.

These are beautiful! I love how there's such a big difference in the colors between the two images. You're lucky your art pushes you to go outside, because mine (drawing/design) just keeps me inside a lot of the time.
I have hobbies that keep me inside a lot too. It’s just a matter of choice :)
