The lookalike image was believed to have been photographed in the streets of Brooklyn in New York, in 1939. Shawn Corey Carter, popularly known as Jay-Z was born on December 4, 1969, in Brooklyn, New York. Could this be Jay -Z or his past Double. Can anybody really explain this?
