I don't understand how difficult it is. You're either deliberately misunderstanding so you don't have to prove yourself, in which case you will always be on a blacklist, or you are just absurdly confused about simple things.
Step 1: Take a selfie with your steemit name and date on some paper. Or a video.
Step 2: Put it on steemit.
Done.
