Monument to the cat Panteleimon
In the mid-1990s. in the restaurant "Pantagruel" at the Golden Gate lived a beautiful Persian cat Pantyusha. The cat soon all fell in love, he became very famous and at times increased the attendance of the restaurant. But one day there was a fire, during which the cat died.
To restore the restaurant, money was collected by the whole world - Pantagruel had many regular guests. And since this popular love was in no small measure the merit of Pantyusha, part of the donations it was decided to install a bronze monument to him.
Around this monument there are many urban legends. One of them says that the cat did not just die during the fire, but also saved the lives of many people, but only then it died the hero's death. The other one is more prosaic: there was no fire, the cat died of old age, just his mistress loved him so much that she decided to put a monument to her pet.
Bonjour.
Quelle magnifique œuvre d'art !
Est ce que c'est vous qui l'avait fait ?
Bonne journée à vous mon amie .
Interesting story, even if I'm not a cat person :)
