Botanical Garden of Tashkent
Tashkent Botanical Garden. Academician FI Rusanov has been proud of for several decades the proud title of the largest in Central Asia. Even a kind of "amputation" - the transfer of a quarter of the territory to the needs of the zoo located next door did not shake the leading position of the natural monument. Today the botanical garden of Tashkent is about 4,500 species of plants from all over the world.
Thanks to the mild Uzbek climate, the territory is open for visits all year round: in the spring come here to admire the flowering of violets and tulips, in the summer - roses. And in autumn the park is buried in the colorful colors of fading grass and trees.
The Botanical Garden is divided into 5 zones, each of which models the natural complexes of East and Central Asia, North America, Europe and the Far East. Plants are planted both in the open air, and in greenhouses and greenhouses. Here, the flowers of the subtropical and tropical climatic zones are enjoying the habitual climate: gigantic fakreya, papaya, mulelenbeckia leafy, coffee, bread and myrtle trees.
