Love the view

So today I wanted to share with you the view from my apartment. The day my girlfriend and I walked in to check it out and see if it was a fit for us. We knew right away we wanted it. The best thing about the view is the sky. It is like a giant theater, there is something new every moment you look. I just love it. So we have been living here for 3 years now and below are some images from the past years. All pictures are made on the south side of the apartment.

We just moved in, early november 2014. I took a lot of these pictures because it was like a holiday every single day!

So I grew up in Breda, a city in the south of the Netherlands. The chimneys and the steam you see coming out of them on the horizon are from the powerplant in at Geertruidenberg 52 km away. I used to look at them when I was walking the dog or when I came home cycling from school. So it feels good that i can still see them every now and then, if the weather allows it. The picture was taken through a binocular. If it is clear enough outside you can see them with the naked eye.

Because of all the trees, it gets foggy really easily. This does give a spectacular play of light every now and then.
