I do think so also; the S9+ includes, with its normal lens, an internal macro model; not named exactly like it but with the capability of doing some not bad macro shots for a mobile phone with no macro lens.
It is easier than carrying a huge camera if you only need some shots for social media I guess, still love the odd perspective shots I get from Gorpro though, and I guess if you needing super high res stuff then a proper pro cam would be needed.
Otherwise mobile cams are certainly not the worst cameras around anymore.
