A holiday in Bali

BALI - INDONESIA

Bali is an amazing and beautiful place, it is very vibrant and there is always something going on. I didn't even get to do everything that I set out to do. Walk down the street and you will greeted with big smiles and friendliness that you would not see in western countries. The people are just as beautiful as the island

It put a few things in perspective for me such as being more friendly to people passing by and asking them how their day has been. I loved the vibe of the place as everyone radiated happiness and although it was hectic at times I felt that it made the holiday more interesting.

Bali has a great party scene as well, the beer is cheap (can find for about $3 NZD) and there are many people who are looking to have a good time - both locals and tourists. You can always find something happening no matter what day of the week. The beach clubs are very nice although a bit more expensive, where you can relax by the pool while watching the magnificent sunsets. I would recommend getting to know the culture and exploring some of the temples as well though

I would 100% recommend Bali. Especially as a destination for someone who wants to be able to explore and have fun as there are so many things to do. It also is great for someone who is on a budget!
