Another Day In France

This picture captures, for me, the style and contrast of Paris. The building is L'église de la Madeleine which is a Catholic church dedicated to the depicting the glorifying of the army of Napoleon.

In the foreground is a Guess billboard, which is actually on the back of a bus. The most interesting detail for me, demonstrating the ultimate class and style of the city is the woman in the mid-ground at left. Just a pedestrian, looking to cross the street, she is never-the-less carrying a D&G shopping bag. Trend, style class and history in one simple photo.
