Cafe of the day; Little Evie - Redfern;

So I found myself growing more irritable and more restless as 4pm drew closer. Having just hit the daily "3pm wall" I knew my time to grab one last coffee was coming up short. If you're not familiar with how Australia and their cafes operate - basically all decent cafes will stop serving coffee by three or four, and with coffee being the personal vice it is, that's a problem. Though! Being fortunate enough to be situated in the heart of the Surry Hills & Redfern region, I'm generally a hop skip and a jump from my nearest specialist coffee dealer.
Today, Little Evie was my saving grace, hence this appreciation post. Needless to say a couple colleagues and myself jumped at the opportunity to rejuvenate our spirits and grab a pick-me-up coffee and snack. Having been open for just under a year, the cornerside cafe has been making a name for itself in the immediate vicinity - easily being one of the best cafes within a three minute walk radius. An open interior creating ample room for natural light, this place will refresh your soul, refresh your appetite and refresh your caffeine addiction -wink.
