The perks of living in a chalet

Since I can recall, I have always lived in a chalet with a beautiful garden, full of all kind of life, and I couldn't be happier about this.

While some people prefer to live in a spotless, modern flat, I can't imagine a worse torture than that.
Of course, it has pros and cons. There's a bigger chance of finding unexpected guests! Even animal lovers jump out of fright when a cockroach enters uninvited to their room flying, or when a cute fella like this one gets on their foot while getting a shower...

Scary situations aside, you will never be able to really appreciate with your own eyes the beauty of life unless you have a garden or, of course, you go to the countryside . I'll leave here some examples of what a garden can offer for your delight. All these photos are of my own and all of them were taken in my home.
