Our Dream Wedding

Sparkling Hill In Beautiful British Columbia (Canada)

We spent an afternoon relaxing at one of Canada's top rated spa resorts in the country, and so this is where we decided to get married and have our wedding a year later.

(We choose to each hold a Dove to symbolize our Love & Friendship. Definitely a beautiful moment for everyone to witness as the Doves flew away from our hands and circled above the crowd a few times before flying away, symbolizing Freedom to us.)

The symbolism of a white dove release. First, you will note that our doves are pure white. This represents the bride and groom as they begin their life's journey together in purity and with no regrets of their past. Second, a wedding ceremony begins a journey of two lives working together for life's happiness.

My wife absolutely loved the resort and all the sparkling crystals, I was sold on the Helicopter Pad! I told the boys this was going to be a one time mission wedding, flying in and flying out, and that's exactly what we did. The groomsmen and I had the traditional scotch & beer before boarding the helicopter and then landed 40 mins later next to the alter. An hour later I was married and left with my wife and the bridesmaids back in the choppers

The location & weather was beautiful, our closest family and friends were there. It didn't quite matter where we got married or where the wedding was gonna be, we were just happy to be together and with our family and friends!

Du's father passed about 18 months before our wedding, today marks 3 years ago since her father passed. This photo is a reminder that he's always with us, he was watching over us on this day and thats what made it more beautiful. I know we both felt his presence the whole day

(I had organized with staff to place the giant banner above the building. After Du and I got married the first thing she saw when we circled the building was her Father Smiling back at her. This moment was priceless and her bridesmaids were there to be sure to help fix her make up)

We value our Time & Freedom, we never know how much time we have here, we plan to always make the best of it and remember what's truly most important in our life; Faith, Family, Friends, Finances & Freedom.
