Chili plant is an essential ingredient in our country, as cooking without chili is almost impossible. It is widely used to add spice to curries and various dishes, making it a crucial component in our cuisine.

Chili is one of the most important crops in our country, and it can be grown throughout the year. However, its highest production occurs during the winter season, which is why most people cultivate chili during that time. Additionally, chili farming is a highly profitable business.

Chilies are used both in their fresh and dried forms. Fresh chilies are consumed directly, while dried chilies are processed into chili powder using machines and then mixed into curries for added flavor.
