Beauty in the face of danger

At the foot of the mountain called Mostershoek, there lies a cluster of pink orchids growing amongst the burnt bushes from the previous years. This is where our journey to the summit of Mosterdshoek mountain of 2000m began.

These flowers represent to me that even in the face of death and sorrow there is still beauty that makes its stand and blesses you with the vision that you have the power.
