Fans of extreme impressions can walk along the suspension pedestrian bridge over the gorge or go on a paragliding flight with Rose Peak. The flight takes place in tandem with the instructor and is available to the guests of the resort all year round.

Thanks to the large-scale investments connected with the Winter Olympics-2014, Krasnaya Polyana has become a world-class ski resort with an extensive tourist infrastructure. This area is also interesting in the summer months, when you can make small ascents or go on a long trek through the mountains of the Caucasian reserve. The area is fascinated by a rare combination of mountains, glaciers, rivers and lakes. To visit Sochi and not to visit Krasnaya Polyana means to miss the opportunity to see one of the most interesting natural zones of Sochi, whether in summer or in winter. 

Covering Krasnaya Polyana from the cold air masses of the mountain makes its climate relatively warm, soft, mountain sea. In July, the average temperature is +23.2 degrees with a maximum of +40.

Flora varies from subtropical to alpine. Here grow beech, oak, chestnut, maple, ash, linden, rhododendron, laurel. In solitary forests and in the alpine zone you can meet noble deer, roe deer, wild boar, badgers, wolves, hares, foxes, brown Caucasian bears, West Caucasian tours, other animals, different birds. 

The convenient valley of Mzymta is known to man since ancient times, as evidenced by numerous dolmens and other ancient monuments. At the beginning of the XIX century lived Circassian tribes, known under the general name of a medozyu. They engaged in hunting, extracted honey collected by bees, saplyanskimi fruit trees (pear, apple), collected nuts and chestnuts, and in their spare time they did not despise robbery. 

In 1864, after the Caucasian War, the Circassians left the Western Caucasus. It was in the valley of Mzymta that several Russian regiments assembled who declared the end of the war (that is, the final conquest of the Caucasus) and laid a settlement called Romanovskoye or Tsarskoe Polyana. 

With the advent of ski resorts and the construction of new motorways, settlements in the Mzymta Valley were divided into four separate sections. Although the distance between them is small, on foot you have to go straight to the road - it's uncomfortable and unsafe. Use transport.
