taiwanese vermicelli making - craftsmanship series #4
this time I am gonna share a different kind of craftsmanship - making food! :) these are the photos I took from a chiayi vermicelli producing factory ... oh, its name is actually 麵線 in chinese, meaning "noodle lines", but there isn't a corresponding english name for it except this v-word food from italy! :)
this kind of noodles are common for taiwanese daily lives, but mass produced noodles by machines gradually dominates the market ... see how they produce them with doses of sunshine, an ingredient absolutely missing in mass produced ones...
would you rather eat noodles with sunshine inside, or whatever just cheaper? :(
this is Shan - you may learn more about me here. :)
Thank you, I really enjoyed the pictures.
thank you sir! :)
