week TEN-- SPRING IS HAPPENING!
hey! thanks for checking out my work! if you'd like to know more about this project, it starts here!
i'm proud to be 10 weeks into this project-- closing in on the final stretch! things are starting to get juicy, too-- spring is springing more and more each day, and i can feel my energy and spirits raising with the new flowers. i hate winter and love spring, so this is one of my favorite times of the year! and i've been spending more time hanging out with friends and having a good time. will it show in my photos?

i really liked the reflections through my strange, shaped-glass window. plus all the damage from my cats on the bottom left? a textural wonderland!

it's finally completed, my custom neckstrap! i've been looking forward to this thing for MONTHS. the backstory is that camera noobs think the only thing one should shoot with is a canon or nikon, and i love to rub it in their faces that i use neither of those brands! fuck the gearheads & fanbois; make shit!
66
spending some time with a long lens & seeing what new shots it unlocks. here's a water tower on a ridge after sunset. i never fuck with long exposure since i don't keep a tripod on me throughout the day, so my dark shots are just what i can get handheld!

ran a pretty extensive mic test to see which of our gear is most pleasing to the ear, and this friend was the office fave. congratulations, champion!

went 2 see cap'n marvel with some frands-- it was packed tighter than any other film i've seen in the local theater! and of course it was a really good time.

here's another long shot i've been dreaming of forever. this has got to be the tallest sign i've ever seen. i guess the concept was to set it right beside the location, but to try to make it visible from the interstate? i'm not sure it works, as you can tell by how tall the trees are that surround it. either way, it gives me fun great gatsby/big brother vibes
