📸"The Northern lights : Lofoten, Norway" - DailyShots#04 📸
One of the most iconic scenes in Lofoten, Norway. The red cabins are fisherman's cabin converted to guesthouses.
People think this particular shot is easy to implement. Only those who have stood at the bridge at night time know how difficult it is to pull off a northern lights shot of this classic scene. Problems such as glare from the bridge lights, vibrations caused by wind and passing cars and not to mention the railing that is about 4ft high. Plus you have to get a very high activity level to see the aurora above Festhelltinden mountain.
There is a ton of work to produce this kind of image and some viewers or other photographers who have not been to the place doesn't understand. Hope you guys enjoy this classic but technical shot of the infamous red cabins of Hamnoya.
