Posting On The Go (Sports Atletic)

Hi, my friend all steemit.
The word sport is very often we hear. Not just heard but everyone has done sports. Exercise is an activity. And everyday activity is a sport activity. Why is that???
Everyone who moves is the one who does the sport. So exercise is a gesture activity. Motion in question such as walking, running, standing, squatting, jumping, jumping, throwing, grasping and so forth. Thus our daily activities are sports.
However, there are still many people whose motion or sports activities are lacking in fitness. So it takes additional activity to process his body. Such as jogging, swimming, basketball, football, badminton and so forth.
So it can be concluded that, exercise is a motion activity that can be done to maintain and improve body awkwardness.
Kata Olahraga sangat sering kita dengar. Bukan hanya didengar tetapi setiap orang pernah melaksanakan olahraga. Olahraga merupakan suatu aktivitas. Dan disetiap aktivitas sehari-hari merupakan aktivitas olahraga. Mengapa demikian???
Setiap orang yang bergerak adalah orang yang melakukan olahraga. Jadi olahraga adalah suatu aktivitas gerak tubuh. Gerak yang dimaksud seperti berjalan, berlari, berdiri, jongkok, melompat, meloncat, melempar, menggenggam dan sebagainya. Dengan demikian aktivitas sehari-hari yang kita lakukan adalah olahraga.
Walaupun demikian, masih banyak orang yang aktivitas geraknya atau olahraganya yang kurang untuk kebugaran tubuhnya. Sehingga diperlukan aktivitas tambahan untuk mengolah tubuhnya. Seperti jogging, berenang, basket, sepakbola, bulu tangkis dan lain sebagainya.
Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa, olahraga merupakan suatu aktivitas gerak yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjaga serta meningkatkan kebugaaran tubuh.
