Try playing with Photoscape if you have a personal computer. Photoscape is completely free and is really easy to use.
First, I'd give it that 0.5 degree tilt that you have going in these shots.
Then, I'd touch the autoleveler, though it may not need it - always worth a check.
The "color enhance" setting might work well on this though sometimes it's over-zealous - especially with people, so not completely sure.
"contrast enhance" I'd use... I like the "film effect - cross process" and maybe a touch of back-lighting.
