Guest snap by @ailindigo: Mother's eye

I still remember this exact moment when I took this photo, this is my mom and when I noticed those red lines inher eyes I just wanted to make a photograph of them, they seemed kind of impressive to me. Also I asked why she had them like that, and she just said that she supposed that it was because of stress, in short. This was my early shots in macro and in the automatic mode because it was only a month ago that I had received my camera, though I liked the photo and loved the porch reflection in her eye. What do you think of it?
