Somewhere over the rainbow

Life has thrown my family unit a lot of curve balls this year. I had gone to the airport to pick up a rental car to drive to meet my new boss (7th one in 3 years) and as I was pulling out of the lot I looked up and saw this lovely rainbow. It was gone seconds after I captured the picture.

I would like to think it is a sign of better things to come.
